We hit the trendy bowling alley located in the Zone at Rosebank to catch up with Ndileka Fatyela, aka @themarchwolf. A beauty, life and style documenter with a definite twist, who we have loved following on insta for longer than we can remember. If you haven’t clicked on this girl’s Instagram page you don’t know what you’re missing, from killer beauty looks to inspire your inner African goddess to weird and wacky food from Cape Town to Johannesburg and everything in between.
Luckily this babe was going to give us a little insight into what makes her tick and the inspiration behind her beauty looks. Ndileka explained how colour plays a huge role in her look, “where style and colour meet there you will find me!” she adores the big, the bright and bold from neon yellow and blood orange to electric blue, if it’s dazzling she will take it! Telling us that, “colour dominates a huge part of my style inspiration, but I have blended the art of sartorial fashion seamlessly into my looks too as I love the attention to fine tailoring and sleek lines.” Elements that are unmissable in her outfit picks and the way in which she co-ordinates her make-up and her outfit for the day, ensuring the sync in the most unique way.
“The art of colour blocking or wearing fifty shades of one colour effortlessly is where I thrive and how I have set myself a part within the industry and this is just the beginning for me”, Ndileka told us while showcasing the exact philosophy when it came to the looks being photographed on location today. She has a burning desire to keep going and experiencing the best that our nations fashionistas have to offer, explaining that she needs to “strive to keep pushing on, to excite, inspire and excel in my creativity. I dream of passing this onto those older and younger to be the best versions of themselves that they can be. With my out the box personality and go-getter attitude see how I get the look with TFG.”
